Super Greens Smoothie
1 handful spinach
¼ cucumber
1 tsp ground flaxseeds
1 tsp grated ginger
150ml water
1 handful blueberries
2 kiwi peeled and chopped
Probiotic Papaya Juice
1 papaya peeled and cut into cubes
150ml lactose free yoghurt (Arla) or plain live yoghurt if not on a low FODMAP diet
2 tbsp lime juice
1 tsp ground flaxseeds
1 banana
50ml water
